Question: How long will I be required to work out, and how long does each workout last?
Answer: You’ll only do 3-4 workouts per week; you can choose either option and I show you exactly how to do both. Each workout, including the warm-up, takes about 45-55 minutes to complete. The length of time depends on how many warm-up sets you need, if you have to wait on equipment, etc.
