The Funniest Workout Video Ever

To celebrate the wonderful fitness fads that have come and gone over the years, I would like to share a video with you.
Below you will see, what I consider to be, the funniest "workout" of all times. This isn't a joke, just so you know. There is an entire VHS available that demonstrates several different "exercises" using these principles.

I wonder how many people have actually tried that workout with the intention of transforming their body . . .
Don't get caught up in the latest trends and fads of the fitness industry. What worked over a hundred years ago will work today. Engage in some form of resistance training and eat smart. It really is that simple.

My husband and I saw that once on a late night infomercial and nearly died laughing. The testimonials were hysterical, too!
