Calling All Beautiful Badasses

I’ve posted some videos of fellow Beautiful Badasses before, but I want to post even more!
So, ladies, send me your training videos and I will post them on the next Beautiful Badass edition. (And, guys, if you are with, or know, a Beautiful Badass feel free to send in a video of her!) You don’t have to be squatting 200 pounds or bench pressing your body weight. I just want to see women who are working HARD and lifting something that is heavy for them.
Let me see you sqatting, deadlifting, busting out bodyweight push-ups, dips, and chin-ups, pressing something overhead, running hill sprints, flipping a tire, drinking a Guinness, or anything else that can be described as “badass”.
Note: anything done with pretty pastel dumbbells will be immediately rejected and you lose all chances of acquiring a Beautiful Badass card.
You can also include some information on why you like lifting heavy and training hard, how it’s changed you mentally and physically, why you’re a Beautiful Badass, along with anything else you want to share.

Let’s show the world that women can be strong AND feminine.
Let’s show the world that women can train hard, heavy, and get awesome results.
Let’s finally put to rest the BS notion that women should only lift light weights for high reps.
